to Plant Hormone Gene Database.
The
PHGD contains 11 phytohormones in 469 species. The database includes
biosynthesis, metabolism, perception, signal transduction and transport pathways
of these phytohormones.
This
is the first large-scale data collection of land plants and algae. All hormone
pathway genes can be downloaded from the PHGD database. Here, we present an
overview of the PHGD database, including the Browse, Charts, Search, Tools,
Resources, Help, and Download interfaces, to help users analyze phytohormone
data.
